Micheal H. Olver

Micheal H. Olver is the founder and lead researcher of ResoCore Systems and the creator of Olver’s Translation Framework and OTASC. A retired U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer with 24 years in Naval Aviation, his work grew from decades spent examining complex systems under real operational pressure.
